Eat Your Way Through Paris: Gourmet Adventures In The City Of Love

You’ve landed in Paris, settled into your accommodations and are ready to start exploring the city. But before that, you forgot to plan where you’re going to eat and start looking online for recommendations. A quick search would have shown you well-known places such as Pink Mamma for its amazing interior design and Italian food, Angelina’s for its famous hot chocolate and Carette for their pastries. All of which either have long lines or had to have reservations booked months in advance. But look no further because we’ve done the research for you and compiled a small but mighty list of restaurants you should check out when in Paris!

A little tip when ordering at any sitdown restaurants: ask the waiter for a “carafe d’eau” which translates to a water jug. This will let them know that you aren’t looking to buy bottled water! Reservations are highly recommended all around Paris and there are some that still have availability 1-2 days before so it’s best to check to avoid lining up for hours for your meals. Restaurant spaces might be quite small so parties are sat very close to each other. Due to this, there might be a time limit on how long each party can dine-in. Lastly, it’s best to check the menu online beforehand to decide what you want to eat. Most restaurants will require that you order at least one main dish.
